My entry for the dance category. I really wanted to redeem the video I made last year so I went hard this year. This is actually the first AMV I have edited in premiere, I just switched from Vegas. Kind of a trial by fire XD
I wanted to try and capture what it's like when I hear a song for the first time. And I just imagine all the editing possibilities. I am sure that is common among most editors lol.
Anyway I hope you enjoy it! I recommend downloading it, youtube is not the best at displaying it.

Probably one of the best actually "Dance" AMVS so far this year. Some dance amvs are too much like action,or drama. This is a real dance amv. You'll place high, great work katie! This was really awesome. Good luck ^^

I think it isn't really consistent, it has a cool concept, but I really think the flow is lacking in some places. Some of the vfx feels really "06ish", I would have skipped the vfx and tried to put more of my effort into the focus of the editing itself.
Now that I've said that I still very much enjoyed it, and its a solid 3 days edit.

I really like the direction this is going in, and it is definitely a huge improvement on your video last year. The square segment was really sweet, and your sync was nice as well. I'd like to see a bit less generic scenes for the final version, but even if they stay there, it was an enjoyable video :DD

I didn't have as much time as I wanted to clean/ adjust footage cause I really wanted to get the effect sync in there for the glitches. Also there was some weirdness getting used to premiere haha
Don't be too scared. Your video is awesome and you edited trance. Also you are French. The dangerzone OP trifecta right there XD

amazing video! u fit the genre very well and didnt lose track of concept for a second. a few of the dubstep parts could have matched the beat better but it doesn't bring down the quality of the video at all. I'm in love with what you did from 1:19 - 1:32. very creative. one of my favorites for this category. good luck.
