I can see that you are still a beginner in AMV. I won't go through all the AMV, but I suggest you to look AMVs from great editors and learn from them. And 34 sec is not a full AMV

Twixtor is such a hard things for beginner, try to focus on your raw editing first and use less effect on your video. But i really see potential in this, for one of the first works its looks not that bad. Yea i can see you use presents for it but still rhythm is okay for me
My advice for you is starting including masks to your works, you can check how to do it here:
There is a lot of good tutorial for amv on youtube, just watch them if you dont know how to make something
