i don't get how you could edit something that long for a come back but the video is pretty decent, although I think you could have focused more on synch and flow if it was shorter. It also lacks surprise for today's standards.

Haha yeah, it's been too long. I sort of started the video with around 44 hours left because of work so I just tried really hard to edit really fast and be able to get the raw cut done. I didn't end up having time for anything else or to fix it up as much as I wanted. So the video is sort of a sketch if that makes sense. I definitely agree with you on the flow and sync. I actually edited it on the wrong fps and my sync got messed up and didn't have the time to make it all good again, just alright. I was really tired and the IC was ending soon. It was a rough IC lol. Still I'm happy just to finish. And yeah everyone's gotten a lot better now. I have some catching up to do =). I will spend some time learning some new techniques and hopefully fix it up.

Thanks for the feedback and luck though. I'll need it, there are a lot of good entries lol.

What a challenge ! Even if there are a lot a lack of rhythm I pretty enjoyed this association music / anime, I didn't expected something like this. The orchestra scenes feat well with it. I read you came back after a long break so I hope you had some fun to do the contest, your amv is pretty cool (but too long for an IC lmao don't take this risk). Good job

Hey Nyala congrats on your win, and thanks for taking the time to comment. I appreciate it. And yeah lol it is quite a long video. It is the audacity edition so may as well go all out to embody that spirit . Just gotta be faster next time ┌( ಠ_ಠ)┘. I'm happy you liked the music/ anime combo, my main goal was to help build the association between them, well that and finishing lol. It was fun and overall a good experience. Even though I was not expecting too much for my placement, I would be lying if I said I wasn't still a little disappointed. But it is what it is, it was a good learning experience.
