Anyway clip isen't too bad, some cool stuff in it the problem is that it lacks intensity in the speed places and it lacks sloweness in the slow parts so the pace needed to be improved.

I kiffed your amv because it's well thought as a crossover but maaan what was that "Light" on the ring xDD No but besides that, I think that because it's an IC you couldn't exploit all the potential of the crossover, some parts are really awesome (Hibari attacking Gray with purple clouds *-*) and some others are just a various of the two animes.
Editing was still good, though you had some transitions with flames that looked a bit dirty and sometimes a little lack of rythm (because you tried to keep up to your idea, which isn't a bad thing but yeah).
