Well, there are many mistakes in your editing, like weird grain and useless FX. Your rhythm is unbalanced too ; maybe next time you can try edit your AMV without FX and just work the rhythm.

same as darkel : you have static scene in-between scens with good flow so it totally breaks the rythm. and yeah, some fx which aren't enhancing the vid sometimes.

It's not bad overall, though some effects are too forced on the vid like the grains at the beginning. And yeah as they all said, the editing could have been better, actually it's kinda inegal, you have some parts where the pace and synch look really nice, and some others with slow scenes and a bad understanding of the pace of the song.
