I can see "a lot" of people had a crush for your video and it might have ended up lower than you could have expected because of these nice comments. I actually liked your video, it's a nice watch, relaxing and not agressive. What bugged me a little is firstly your choice of editing.

I can see you went with relying on using really similar scenes, like the hands at the beginning, the kisses at the end for example. That, usually, is a good idea, for here I (and it is personnal) think it was what dragged you video a bit down, because this lead to a too little variation of the plans. I'm not good at explaining it in English but in short, you ended up with too many close ups or the contrary and that's something that breaks your pace and movement management.

Another detail, your blurs were a bit too strong and unclean. Also this audio cut.. to me it sounded like it wasn't finished at all and that played a little role in my ranking too.

Of course not a bad video, there were some really nice transitions, colors and atmosphere but yeah I think it wasn't fresh and complete enough to push your rank forward. Keep it up anyways!
