I enjoyed flow, synch and all that, it's pretty dynamic and cool impacts. Some 4:3 sources are stretched though. Also most of your cam moves were quite rough and linear among other small nitpicks on your effects (especially the beginning) but most of the time they were cool.

Pretty cool stuff man, I enjoyed your final more than the beginning because it's cleaner (you putted more recent Bleach sources here and you were not annoyed by the 4:3 old episodes).

If you don't want to loose quality with different sources, try to zoom on your sources with the Detail Preserving Upscale effect in Ae and not by growing the scale - OR like Fury did, by doing all your amv in the 4:3 ratio, it's not affect the quality of your amv.

Your FX at 00:10 is kinda strange, you should remove the shadow in the border to make it cleaner, or just add the Aizen Eyes in full screen with a fade transition in the end of the scene like he's watching Gin and the little girl, strong threatening.

Nice one, you used scenes that we don't usually see in BLEACH AMV's.

I'm not a big fan of some of the camera movements that I find a bit too strong and abrupt. I find some parts better than others,( sometimes have the impression that you lacked a little inspiration on some moments )
btw it's really light, in general I liked it ! Nice job

Small preference on the more violent part of the music where I particularly love your choice of scenes ( 1:40 )
