I think your description fits the video quite well, I enjoyed some of the visuals, som were pretty unique, others felt a bit cheaper. But together, this all came out a bit too random, there is some consistency but the parts where you were less inspired are quite obvious imo.
One of the other main issue I have with it is how you transition between your scenes, it usually seems quite awkward, cam moves aren't exactly smooth or at least controlled. Most cuts are quite rough between quite static scenes.
