Anime and scene selections are too much randoms, you have frame blendings (check your sources fps so they are all the same) and the synchro needs a lot more workout to be enjoyfull as an amv.
As a beginner not bad good luck for next try to change your editing pace following the music

Sync and flow is pretty decent. My main critique, it would be more interesting if you could find a central theme to follow, so that it will be less random and more engaging for the viewer. Also take the proper measurments to avoid ghosting in your clips.
