Video:EXIT Category: Action, Other, Fun, etc. (+1) Anime: Original Animation, Tatami Galaxy, The (TV), Vanishing Point (PV), etc. (+5) Song: Always Yours Artist: SHE Creator:mirkosp (La Cumpa)
Org's preview seems to be one or two frames off... for the sake of sync consistency, I suggest to watch the video with CCCP.
As for the video, well... it's a simple concept. Basically, it's about a female pictogram having a journey in her world of shapes to exit it and become an actual anime character. It should be a fun watch... I hope. :V

Indeed it is! As the most common definition for anime is "japanese animation," and motion graphics are a form of digital animation, clearly mograph by a japanese artist is included in the definition of anime. Moreover, even taking aside the motion graphic art of his which I sourced from Vimeo, we are left with a couple of scenes I animated myself (largely accepted as original effects/original animation in AMVs), along with the Tatami Galaxy ending (which is motion graphic, but being an actual ending of an anime, can't be disputed as anime source), along with the Music Video for Nihonbashi Koukashita R Keikaku and its Making Of, both quite obviously canonical anime right down to the visuals. If we count the frames of these things, we notice they comprise more than half of the video, so even if you really don't want to consider the purely motion graphic bits as anime, this video still has 50%+1 of anime, undisputed, thus falling in the technical definition of AMV.

Don't worry, I didn't take it as an attack, but I thought I should properly explain why it does count as an AMV for clarity.

Exemples
Spoiler:
I think it's a little risky to do something like that, because people are confused, can we say that it's an AMV ? ! ...But i don't give a fucking care, it's original, it's amazing it's GREAT !

Hello
I didn't like it at all actually. Well, pretty much, it just looked approximately synched at some parts and the first part is just too cheap for me. It's interesting that you've made some original animation, although it didn't really impress me. As for the concept, I didn't understand one bit and it didn't change my point of view anyways. Sorry but I think you could do much better this time, anyways good luck

Sorry for the bump, but I thought I should at least reply to MDL's feedback.
First of all, I completely see where you're coming from. Or rather, not so much about the "approximately synched" bit (might be the editor's eye, but everything does seem placed right on spot to me), but the whole video is cheap in terms of editing style. All of its "beauty" (or what could be called as such by those whom would happen to enjoy it) is very heavily source reliant, and my original animation bits (a couple things in the middle) were just done to conceptually hold together the whole video, so I didn't even need them to be particularly complex, thus I didn't try to do much more than making the base images in photoshop and doing zooms and blurs, all I cared for was that they would be able to convey the concept, which based on your feedback I fear wasn't clear enough. I did admittedly base the idea around a purely visual scope with my video (namely using footage by Takuya Hosogane, which I thought fit well with She's song) at the expense of clarity. As for doing much better... I dunno. You're probably overextimating me. I rarely edit anymore (I think I pretty much just edit for this yearly IC anymore, actually), so I'm not quite as "skilled" as I might have seemed from past videos (which were all but complex anyway).
Still, thanks for your feedback, and before you might wonder, don't worry, no hard feelings.
