Where to start, I guess with the beginning XD The slow part at the beginning, I didn't like it, i'm not sure why, maybe because of the text that I didn't like or the choice of scenes. After, the part with the scans(manga) I thought its was a really good idea(it's sad that you didn't put more stuff like that). At 30sec your lips sync was kind of okay, but just in the back you can see Zoro talking and the lips really didn't go with the lyrics. You should have taken a better scene for the background of your mask. And then you got text, that one is okay, but you don't seem to use it anywhere else, so it's kind of nowhere. And you should work your lips sync(the first one was "okay" but the rest were not good). At 1min42 the TV Effect, it's not pretty and feel kind of useless. At 1min26 to 1min34 you added some kind of FX on the original scene, I thought it was a nice idea, try to work on that and should turn really cool =)

And for the rest of the amv, it's just same transition that you repeat over and over again, try different things and work more on your sync with the music.
