The Latin American Free Software Installation Festival (FLISoL) is the largest event in Latin America for the release of Free Software. It has been held since 2005, and since 2008 it has been held in the 4th. Saturday of April of each year.

Its main objective is to promote the use of Free Software, showing the general public its philosophy, scope, progress and development.

To achieve these goals, several local Free Software communities (in each country / city / locality) simultaneously organize events in which Free Software is installed on the participants' computers, free of charge and totally legal. In addition, there are lectures, presentations and workshops on local, national and Latin American themes on Free Software, in all its expressions: artistic, academic, business and social.

FLISOL Brasil 2019 takes place on April 27th in several cities.


Rules:

- The AMV must have at least 1 minute and a half in the maximum 7 minutes, credits not included;
- The AMV must have the name Flisol written in the AMV or in the credits;
- The use of scenes from other AMV's that were not made by you will result in disqualification;
- The use of erotic scenes will not be accepted, if you do an ecchi AMV, censor it;
- AMVs with watermarks, either from your channel or from the anime broadcaster, will not be accepted;
- The AMV should contain at least 80% of anime and only 20% of other media.
- The use of game sources will be accepted, as long as it has a relation with the animes, like Naruto, Tales of, The King of Fighters, among others;
- The use of subtitles for trailers, story and related lines will be accepted, however, if the subtitles are from the anime itself, it will result in disqualification;
- THe use of black bars will be accepted;
- If your AMV is with low quality, poor aspect ratio or something, it will not be accepted;
- The file should have the following settings:
Format (Container): .mp4 or mkv;
Codec: h264 or x264
Audio Codec: AAC or FLAC
- The file should not contain more than 300 MB. The use ofAMV Simple 4.0, baka encoder or zarx264 3.0 for converting the AVI file to MP4 / MKV is recommended.

~ you can submit a video for both non-exclusive and exclusive videos at the same time with different videos.
~ Non-exclusive videos can not be more than 1 year old
