This is my entry for this IC. It was my first time doin it, and is a fun/strange experience rushing things like a Sonic in the middle of Brazilian Carnival haha.

I have mixed feelings on this one.

I liked the colorymetry . I liked also some of the non-fights scenes (0:45, perfect. and ending is fine too).

But i think you should have tried to keep a theme on it to keep the psyche/horror by showing aftereffect on war in it. maybe the ovas aren't big enough to make it (i remembered a scene of poor people with cardboard asking for jobs), but you could have used source like gundam 00 which have a ton of good war themes (war childs,holocausts etc...).

Cause now it looks like a total action CG amv with a filter, i don't picture the horror much, especially in the majority of chorus where you have all these fighting. combined with the fact the sync isn't often spot-on, which makes the big fights more like you're carried away by them and don't make good connection betweens your cuts and your transitions.

But for a first time, it's a good draft. Just try to make it really dramatic instead of nervous if you have a theme like that ^^''.

Thanks! and you're right, it needs more holocaust scenes, to give more "horror" into it.. the idea of mix it with gundam 00 holocaust scenes was a nice one haha. I've really tried to put it on a logical story order, but after I've finished I looked at it and thought...wow robots striking each other are not that fearsome Oo haha but was a good experience. That's unfortunately the main problem of this video, it's definitely far from being horror xD The editing was ok, though I didn't feel like the song was always followed well, basically I couldn't really get any interest from the association of the two of them and that's because of a weird pace, unexepected scene selection etc.

But yeah, good job for a first time, an IC is never easy

haha yea, you're right.. I was too soft for the category (unfortunately I've noticed it after I've sent it) about the flow I usually choose weird ways to do my vids, so this reaction don't surprise me dat much, and this music is strange, anw XD thanks for the fun, for real =]
